Verification of:
Location
Labeling
Guage Requirements
Function
Controlled Areas
Verify Gas/Vacuum outlets coincide with gas or vacuum device delivered
Verification pressure/vacuum delivered are within recommended standards
Verification flow requirements are within recommended standards
Verification particulate values are within recommended standards
Verification of the location, function, area monitored and labeling
Testing (If equipped with testing provisions) of low and high pressure signals
Verification of location and function monitored
Testing of changeover and reserve in use signals from manifolds and bulk oxygen supply
                      (Bulk supplier must be present for this testing)
Testing of required signals for medical air compressors
Testing of required signals for medical vacuum pumps
Testing of (If required with testing provisions) high and low pressure signals for all medical
                      gas/vacuum systems
All findings and results will be presented in a binded format
Recommendations for corrective action (if needed) will also be included
All reports will be presented to appropriate facility representatives only
A written purchase order will be required
The assistance of hospital personnel will be required to locate equipment, unlock doors and notify
           staffing of our inspections
Preventative maintenance of medical gas equipment as per manufacturers recommendations.
          Equipment includes but is not limited to:
Medical Air Compressors
Medical Vacuum Pumps
Air Dryers
Medical Gas Outlets
Medical Gas Manifolds
Master Area Alarm Panels
